• Surface is good, fairly even, but dirty; 9' X 9' asphalt patch in Court 1

• school parking lots to the west; closed outside of school hours and on weekends

• fencing is good, standard 10’ height, 16’ from back of courts to fence, 9’ from side of courts to fencing

• 10’ spacing between courts
