• Originally 2 tennis courts, hockey nets are set up on the other half of the space

• surface is fairly smooth; has a few long cracks; most would not pose a safety hazard

• some loose aggregate bits (could be swept off)

• fencing is 10’ high behind court, 6’ high at sides
